Obituary for Mark Edward Ralff
Mark Edward Ralff, 60, of Chespeake, VA, formerly of O'Neil St, Kingston, passed away in his sleep on October 9, 2017, at his home in Chesapeake.
He was born in Kingston, NY on November 6, 1956, a son of the late William and Marjorie Ralff.
Mark was a 20-year veteran of the Navy and worked for a military subcontractor for 15 years subsequent to his distinguished service.
He graduated from Kingston High School with the class of 1975, and saw many ports of call in his various duties in the US Navy.
Mark is survived by brothers Richard and Michael Ralff, sister-in-law Rose, nephews Dennis and Charles, niece Kathleen, Aunt Marian, Uncle David, Aunt Pat and several cousins.
In addition to his parents, he is also pre-deceased by infant brother Christopher and younger brother Kevin.
A memorial visitation to celebrate Mark's life will be held from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday, November 11, 2107 at the Gilpatric-VanVliet Funeral Home, 339 Broadway, Ulster Park, Town of Esopus, NY
